"Classic Rock-Inspired Modern Pop with Guitars and Attitude"

CLICK ME!

AXIS OF FOUR is an American alt-rock group that emulates classic English heavy bands and American Pop Music.  They play an “old-school / new-school” style that features the writing and guitar attack of Rick Cittar.

Bassist Suzanne Tomczak adds power and punch to the rhythm section, while drummer, Scott Irwin lays down the solid time and kicks the songs into gear. Their arrangements run from heavy and dripping with metalesque riffs, to clean and sweet with the classic Strat sound, framing Rick’s powerful and expressive vocals and pop-oriented writing.

"History of The World" Saturday August 19

Rick has put together a set list of songs that have influenced and inspired the band over the years. Starting with a varied selection of Blues, the show proceeds to classic tunes, then culminates with modern rock.  This subjective view of musical history demonstrates how powerfully influential the blues have been on pop music.  See you there!
